Dear friends, Each month I receive an inspiring article from our corporate headquarters. Once again I would like to share this with you. This is a good reminder that there is strength in numbers. You can't do it alone. This message is fitting for any business you are in and in other areas of life. This is a social business; with the ever-growing Rodan + Fields® professional network of Consultants and empowering social media and mobile tools, your reach is virtually limitless. As you build your business, your extended network can be one of your most motivational and enabling assets for you and your team. So as August comes to a close, consider how you can join other Business Partners or Consultants in a social experience to help you close the month strong. Here are a few ideas: Pick a partner and check in daily to share business building tips. Hold a conference call with other Consultants to build motivation for month end. Build excitement within your team by organizing a group trip to an upcoming Company event or Super Saturday tour. Post an end-of-month challenge to your team Facebook page to reach out to even more prospects the last four days of this month, and share stories with the group. The best part is that you're working with people you like and, who knows, you may be just one social encounter away from your next superstar team member.
